Wireless Card Won't Recognize In OS X - any ideas?

Hey guys...just got my new BCM94321 installed...works great in XP, but it doesn't recognize in OS X....do I have to do anything to get it working?

I've read that its supposed to work right off the bat, so I can't figure out why it works in one and not the other...I'm running 10.5.7

Can anyone help?

try turning off quick boot in the bios
